All orders will be dispatched within 5-16 working days via tracked delivery. Please note our working days are Monday to Friday

International Delivery is free on orders over £100 and over
Customs & Import Fees
We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free Express shipping.
When importing items outside the UK this will always incur a customs inspection. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes for your order to pass through customs.
Re Delivery
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be left at the delivery address to arrange collection from the delivery service provider. These instructions will have a time limit.
Improper Delivery instruction
If the delivery address given when purchased is wrong then you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery ( If available)
If re-delivery is unavailable we are not responsible to refund or send a replacement item.

Returns
In order to return a product:
1, The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2, The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached,
3, You must comply with all the returns procedures.(Below)
4. In the event that you would like to return your order . Postage costs must be paid by the customer.
5. Please allow upto 28 days for your refund to reach you.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds on sale/special offer items.
Sale items can only be exchanged for another size or a credit note
We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition.
Cancelling Orders
Please note once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
